Abstract

This is an intensive and systematic study on the supposed existence of students with High Abilities/Gifted (AH/SD) among those who exhibit undisciplined behavior, in the context of a public school in the municipal network of São Paulo, in the fifth year. of primary education. school, nine years. The existence of legal regulations related to Special Education, and current educational policies from the perspective of Inclusive Education, which in theory should include students with High Abilities/Gifted, also being the target audience of special education, in the In practice, they remain invisible.
