Abstract

This work addresses the issue of lifelong learning by analyzing the Pedagogy of “learning to learn.” Our objective is to understand how the learning process, linked to the logic of “learning to learn”, is developing in Brazilian public schools as a path for the (re)production of capital. Methodologically, it follows a qualitative bibliographic approach guided by Marxist philosophy, organized in two moments to understand the logic of “learning to learn” in its current version and its materialization in the context of public schools through educational policies and reforms. Finally, we consider that this process forms workers with a superficial and limited level of knowledge, treated as an instrument to (re)produce capital.
