Abstract

The article presents an excerpt from the master's thesis titled “Skills development in corporate universities in the southern region of Brazil: a multiple case study.” This is a qualitative and quantitative research, descriptive in nature and that made use of the multiple case study methodology. The article addresses the objective of mapping the main skills worked on in corporate universities in the southern region of Brazil and as a result indicates that the main skills developed are behavioral, with emphasis on leadership, technical, operational and specific skills linked to business. culture and products. In addition to verifying that there is an alignment between organizational and individual skills and the appropriate activities carried out.
